STORE SALES & RETURN POLICIES

• Merchandise may be returned in its original condition (tags included) within 30 days of purchase and with original sales receipt, except if items have been altered, worn and/or laundered; these items may not be returned or exchanged.

• Items may not be returned or exchanged if they have been altered, worn, and/or laundered.

• Returns of qualifying merchandise made after 30 days will be for store credit only.

• Returns of merchandise will not be accepted for exchange or store credit after 4 months of original purchase.

• At the request of our customers, we are happy to place special orders for items not carried in inventory. Please telephone us to inquire about our policy for special orders.

• Orders will be held for customer pick-up for 1 month after customer has been not notified of order completion. Orders not picked up after 1 month will be put back into inventory.

ALTERATION POLICIES

• One free hem of uniform jumpers, skirts, pants and shorts, within 30 days of purchase, between October and June. A small alteration fee will be added to purchases made in July, August and September as well as all requests for re-altering.

• We offer fine alterations at reasonable prices for other items.
